I’m glad that you stopped by to learn a little bit about me.  I’m a new mortgage agent in a well-established brokerage (after having managed teams in banking operations and information technology for about 20 years) and I’m already actively helping people understand and navigate the complex process of buying or refinancing property.  My services help clients secure the necessary financing for one of life’s most significant purchases.

Passion for Work

I am fueled by my passion to make sure that there is clear understanding and optimal organization for each of my clients throughout the mortgage process.  I am a great conversationalist and will enjoy learning about you and your home ownership goals; and will ask the right questions to get to know you and understand your mortgage objectives.  After I integrate all your needs, I will clearly outline your mortgage options so you can make an informed decision.  Once you’ve decided on a mortgage plan and I’ve answered all of your questions -the ones that you ask and the ones that you may not have known to ask – I will efficiently manage the transaction to completion, conveying the detail in well-understood terms and keeping you up to date throughout the process.  

I will celebrate with you after your mortgage closes and continue to provide you with information and updates that are relevant to your situation.

Passion outside of Work

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my intellectual and handy husband and rearing our 3 young men.  We are often found playing some of our favourite sports and games.  In my own real estate ventures, I am a homeowner and also have multiple investment properties, so with my personal experience I can empathize with you navigating this credit world.

My Role

But enough about me, let’s concentrate on you!  My role is to narrow down the lenders to appropriate options based on the factors that are most relevant and important to you and to negotiate the terms on your behalf.  The lowest rate mortgage may be the best mortgage for you or maybe not – as many lenders offer special rates but have restrictive clauses which could end up costing you more interest or penalties in the end.  I keep your best interest in mind.
